Recently started in January 2021, the 185 units project has had a good start. We have partnered with The Chysik Project Management to bring their vision to life. All the plans and operations are being executed in line with the given schedule.
LATIMER PH 1 (4 PHASE PROJECT)
Started in early November 2020, the 400 residential units and CRU project is building strong and moving forward in a timely fashion. We had the delight to work with Caliber Projects for this opportunity. We have aligned our goals with their vision, in order to complete the project within the given budget while also maintaining quality and specification.
Considering this project involves a lot of compliance measures to make sure we follow industry standards adequately, we have been building it with precision. Partnering with Syncra Construction Group, the 140 units project started in July 2020, is slowly coming to life.
Joining hands with the developer Amacon, we started building the 180 units project in the summer of 2020. We have stayed true on our promise of completing work as per the client's schedule without causing any unnecessary delays.
While working on this 95 units project since January 2020, we have been very specific and precise about our work. We have worked together with Mosaic Homes in order to stay in the same direction. At Edgeline Drywall Systems, our goal is to bring our client’s vision to life while working with them every step of the way.
VICTORIA LOT - 2
If you’re looking for a certified contractor to manage a really complex job, consider this project a testament to our abilities. The 100 units project was undertaken in the Fall of 2019. We have been delivering excellent results on schedule and within the budget. We are also working closely with the client, Mosaic Homes, to understand their needs and preferences, in order to deliver the desired outcome.
The project of 72 units initiated alongside Mosaic Homes, has been completed and have met all expectations. The work we did was of said quality, precision and specification. We were in alignment with the goals and vision of our client from the start to the very end.
FRASERVIEW PHASE 2 & 3
Alongside Sawchuck Development, we successfully completed the Senior Homes in Richmond on time and within budget. It’s a great example of delivering on our promise of quality work while ensuring absolute client satisfaction.
RESIDENCES AT FREEMONT VILLAGE
This 300 units project was completed over a span of 1.5 years. For this project, we partnered with GC/Developer Onni. While working on this project, we were very poignant about the materials and footprint of our work. We worked together with the client in order to manage their expectations and deliver the kind of results they desired.
